Middle East Fuji Group; promote the concept of sustainable development, uniting protection of the natural and human environment with economic well-being. The Company integrates environmental considerations into its operations of warehousing and logistics, asset management and business decision.

To promote our environmental commitment at Middle East Fuji Group, we:

incorporate environmental cost, risk and impact into business objectives and decisions;
conduct our operations in an environmentally responsible manner;
strive to meet the requirements of all applicable environmental laws, regulations policies, and obligations to which the company subscribes;
strive to meet the needs and expectations of all our stakeholders and the requirements of the international standard ISO 14001:2015;
manage our activities to avoid, minimize and mitigate impact to the environment
reduce the quantity and toxicity of materials used and waste generated from its operations / facilities through correct selection, efficient use, reuse and recycling;
collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to achieve common environmental objectives, and;
ensure that our personnel are aware of the environmental policy and related objectives as well as are actively involved in our environmental management system's continual improvement.

The goal of the company is to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. Commitment of the implementation of supporting managerial and business operational systems is essential in realizing this goal.

Middle East Fuji believes in the concept of customer and supplier working together in pursuing this policy and in continually striving for improvements in service quality.
The quality policy is based on 3 fundamental principles:
Ensuring that we fully identify and conform to the needs of our customers.
Looking at our service delivery processes, identifying the potential for errors and taking the necessary to eliminate them.
Everyone understands how to do their job and doing it right for the first time.
To ensure that the policy is successfully implemented, staff will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, and ensuring that the correct procedures are followed to meet those requirements.
Objectives needed to ensure that the requirements of this policy are met and that continual improvement is maintained in line with the spirit of the policy, will be set, determined and monitored in Management Review.
The quality policy and objectives will be communicated and available to staff at all times. Training will be an integral part of the strategy to achieve the objectives.
We are committed to operating our company to meet the needs and expectations of all our stakeholders and the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 as well as all applicable regulatory and statutory requirements
Our company will constantly review and strive to continually improve our management system including our service offerings in the most cost and time effective manner for the benefit of our customers and other relevant stakeholders.
We shall ensure that all our personnel understand and fully implement our Company's policies and objectives and are able to perform their duties effectively through an ongoing training and developing program.

MEF Group is committed to implement all safety requirements related to maritime treaties, including those mentioned in ISPS codes and all the applicable local regulations. MEF Group also ensures a high standard of Safety in its workplaces and warehouses. MEF Group is committed not to forgo safety requirements for financial gains.

We, at Middle East Fuji LLC are committed to maintain product quality and hygiene as per ISO 22000 and HACCP requirements, applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and food safety requirements of our customers. In our endeavor to supply goods and material to ships, land based hotels, other companies and organizations, we strive to comply and exceed our customers' expectations, at the right time, and every time by actively involving everybody in the organization through stringent monitoring of process parameters and related hygienic factors at every stage.

We are also committed for reviewing and updating of all processes to take care of technological improvements and changing needs of business, through continual improvement at all fronts.
